            “Chelles” coconut oil production is located at Barangay Bueanavista, Mulanay, Quezon. The place is just a few kilometers away from the town proper where there is an abundant supply of water.

            The proponent decides to put the production on the said Brgy, because there is an enough supply of coconut which will be needed to the proposed project to produce oil.

            Aside from that, the location is accessible to all vehicles and it is near to the road side which may help for the easy delivery of the finish product, also the location is only 15 to 25 minutes drive to the town proper.

            The building size is 16.5x 12 meters and costs P 839,750.00. The total land area is 5,000.00 square meters while the floor area of the factory measured to 200 square meters. It is composed of receiving area, office and stockroom, processing area, storage rock, four (4) Comfort rooms and mess hall.

            Customers are welcomed at the receiving area. Business transactions happened at the office of the owner-manager. Materials are kept at the stockroom. Actual production happened at the processing area. There are four (4) comfort rooms provided for the business. The owner-manager owns the building.
